What is
Spark is an initiative founded by experienced HR experts from Serbia with the aim of becoming a strategic platform for creating future business leaders in the country and the region.
Spark has a vision to grow into a permanent platform for the gathering and education of business leaders and all those who create and develop domestic talents, and for the conference to become a traditional annual gathering.

PROVOCATION
Short, sharp impulses that provoke assumptions. We're not looking for consensus, we're looking for depth.
TENSIVE DIALOGUE
Two leaders. One dilemma. Contrasting perspectives that reveal how decisions are really made when there are no easy answers.
CO-CREATION OF THE FUTURE
The heart of the conference. In the World Café format, 400 leaders at tables with mentors solve real problems. Your findings directly shape the Spark Leadership Standard 2026 – the document that will define leadership in the region for the coming year.
